After two decades in the mortgage industry, working in diverse roles such as Origination, Pricing, Loss Mitigation, Processing, Underwriting, and Operations Management, I embarked on a new journey by launching my own Mortgage Processing company. My mission is to deliver exceptional service to our broker partners while innovating to distinguish Loanly Processing from competitors. A top priority is to recruit outstanding talent who embody the knowledge and attitude our clients deserve, all while offering competitive compensation and fostering a collaborative work environment to minimize turnover. I am excited to share that in my first year, I have built a team of three skilled employees and obtained licenses in two states, with plans for further expansion. My vision is not to scale into a large national entity but to grow steadily, concentrating on our region and the specific expertise of my team. Additionally, I am proud to employ a bilingual processor who can effectively serve our Spanish-speaking community.
Loanly Processing excels in managing nearly any challenge that arises during processing, allowing brokers to remain uninvolved in the file. A standout feature of our service is complimentary access to my extensive knowledge on deal structuring. With over a decade of experience in origination and policy, I have navigated a myriad of scenarios. Our retail branch was recognized in the realtor community for reviving deals that were declined elsewhere, offering credit assistance, creative solutions, and adjustable program parameters to secure approvals. Furthermore, our processors are not pressured to complete an excessive number of loans monthly, which helps maintain quality customer service and reduces employee turnover.
I take immense pride in owning my own business and the valuable relationships I’ve cultivated with my employees, brokers, and clients over the past year. I am eager to continue enhancing our services year after year!
Thank you for considering Loanly Processing,
Edward J. Sawicki - Owner/Processor
